We ship only to the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 1-2 business days, followed by estimated transit of 2-4 business days. Allow approximately 3-6 business days total, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. See the Shipping Policy for delays and tracking.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We accept unused items and items affected by our fulfillment errors, including wrong, damaged or defective items. Email us first for a prepaid label. We pay eligible return shipping and charge no restocking fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Return an eligible item for a refund and place a separate order for another item.
When will I receive my refund?
Our commitment is for an eligible refund to reach the original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive the return. Contact us if the credit has not appeared by day 10 so we can trace it with your provider. See our Refund Policy.
